I had a laser printer die so I called LSI on a Saturday… and they answered the phone! They took all my info and promised to call me Monday AM – they actually did! While they weren’t able to service my particular printer, Lindsay was so helpful in offering alternatives. I am in the service industry and know good service when I encounter it – she didn’t get any business from me but was happy to assist with a replacement. I recommend them to anyone who needs printer repair or service.
